Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

At CJR, you will experience a fulfilling career with an employer that encourages advancement, respects diversity, and rewards excellence. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer that embraces individuality. We value diversity and inclusion and believe that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and dignity.

Our commitment to and vision for diversity and inclusion drives us to create opportunities for all our people to participate in various aspects of our organization. We celebrate and recognize the diverse makeup of our staff with Cultural Luncheons and activities and have established the CJR Cultural Responsive Committee. Comprised of a diverse group of staff members, our Cultural Responsive Committee was formed in response to the pressing social injustice issues affecting communities across the United States. Recognizing the profound impact of these issues on our clients, families, and staff, we embarked on a mission to assess our readiness in supporting our service population through these challenging times.

When you join CJR, you have a job with purpose, making an impact every day by ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive. While we know the work we carry out is serious and requires intense focus to achieve our mission, we also believe it is equally as important to celebrate our successes and have some fun along the way.

CJR really looks out for us as human beings. They really care about us as people. It’s a great work-life balance.
